About Chef Aek
Hello! My name is Chef Ek – in Thai, “Ek” means number one, and that’s the spirit I bring into everything I do: with passion, dedication, and a desire to be the best in my craft. My journey as a chef began through my background in Fine Arts, where I first discovered that cooking is also a form of art. Just like mixing colors on a canvas, balancing ingredients, flavors, and textures is a creative expression from the heart. Each dish I create is like painting with taste—telling stories through flavor, aroma, and presentation.
With over 10 years of experience in the fine dining world, I have worked my way up with care and commitment. Most recently, I served as a Sous Chef at one of Thailand’s leading hotels. I'm honored to have worked alongside world-renowned Chef Martin Blunos, which deeply shaped my culinary perspective.
Now, I’m excited to share the beauty of Thai cuisine—its techniques, flavors, and cultural roots—with you. Whether you’re a food lover or a curious traveler, I invite you to cook, learn, and enjoy the essence of Thailand, together.
